Since 1959 Banner Carpets Flooring center has been a flooring fixture in the South Bay. A family owned and operated business that started with just selling carpeting and drapes has since moved forward to a full spectrum flooring design center. Richard Borsuk, owner and operator has managed to recreate the business model from a simple retail store to a full fledged flooring center. Offering every type of residential and commercial flooring available. Our clientele has expanded from the homeowner looking to “redo” to serving hundreds of designers, realtors and contractors in the South Bay and West side. Richard Borsuk is known for his integrity ,honesty and with almost forty years in the flooring business his vast knowledge of everything flooring.

I was actually on my way to another carpet store and stopped here and I'm happy I did. I ended up getting the carpet I needed here. Excellent customer service and huge selection of carpets and hardwood flooring. Although I had my own measurements the gentleman who I believe was the owner still came out to measure and I'm glad he did because my measurements were wrong lol. He was super nice and down to earth and so was his wife who assisted me in making my carpet selection.
Instillation was great. The installer arrived right on time and did a superb job! The carpet is lovely, nice and plush. And I was happy with the price and loved the quality of customer service!

We couldn't be happier that we chose Banner Carpets for love new luxury vinyl floors! We had originally had another quote and a friend referred us to Richard. He was AMAZING! He was at our house the next day, gave us a quote an hour later. He not only beat the competitors price , but he got the work done in half the time, as well. His crew were efficient, professional and hardworking! Even our neighbors couldn't believe how hard they worked! We even made a few changes last minute and Richard pulled strings to make it happen. We couldn't be happier and more grateful for Richard. Our floors are perfection and we love our new baseboards too!
